REFUND POLICY

Please note that we don’t give cash refunds. SnowPasses or rented equipment will only be refunded in the event of an accident during a ski lesson, provided the request is accompanied by a medical certificate issued by our inhouse medics.

Interruptions to lift operations do not qualify you for a refund – if this happens, we’ll do our best to provide alternative lift facilities.
